  • Graphics, Logos, and Images: The DPBMH logo, website graphics, button icons, photographs, and images displayed on the Site (excluding mock-up images provided by or generated through TeeChip’s platform for product display, which are used under their terms).

Your purchase of a product from TeeChip grants you ownership of the physical item, but it does not grant you any rights to the underlying design itself or the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from that design. The intellectual property rights in the design remain with Dear Person Behind Me Hoodie.

The name “Dear Person Behind Me Hoodie,” the abbreviation “DPBMH,” our logo(s), and our tagline “Hoodies with Purpose, Crafted for you,” are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Dear Person Behind Me Hoodie.
